Welcome to Birchwood Golf Club's Suites...
We have 3 conference suites available for corporate events. The size of the rooms allow us to host conferences for numbers ranging from a small meeting to a full conference of up to 150 people. We offer the facilities for meetings, presentations, civil ceremonies and most other corporate events. Please use the telephone number below to make enquiries about availability.
Progress Suite
The progress Suite has a capacity of 40 people and is the smallest of the rooms. This is ideal for smaller meetings. Prices to hire the room are as follows
- Full day (09:00 - 17:00) £75
- Half day (09:00 - 12:00) £45
- Half day (13:00 - 17:00) £45
- Evenings (18:00 - 00:00) £45
XIX Suite
The XIX Suite is the medium sized room and has an adjoining conservatory and decking area outside. It has capacity for 80 people with a view overlooking the golf course. Prices to hire the room are as follows.
- Full day (09:00 - 17:00) £150
- Half day (09:00 - 12:00) £100
- Half day (13:00 - 17:00) £100
- Evenings (18:00 - 00:00) £100
Mayflower Suite
The Mayflower is the largest room. The room is adjacent to the Progress Suite and can open up to accommodate a larger capacity Prices to hire the room are as follows.
- Full day (09:00 - 17:00) £200
- Half day (09:00 - 12:00) £120
- Half day (13:00 - 17:00) £120
- Evenings (18:00 - 00:00) £120
Additional extras
We can offer the following chargeable extras if you require them: Access to the building prior to 09:00 £20 per hour
- Flip chart and pad £5
- 4 Flip chart pens £7
Catering for your Conference
Tea/Coffee with biscuits- £1.00 per person
Breakfast Catering from- £1.80 per person
Lunches from £4.50 per person
Afternoon Tea from £3.00 per person
