The Golf Course

Birchwood is an 18 hole championship course designed and built on 240 acres of rolling parkland. Built in the 1970's unlike other golf courses of an earlier design Birchwood offers a challenge to all levels of golfing capability.

The layout provides the player with a variety of shot making which will test the expertise of all fourteen clubs in the bag. Many holes have been designed with water features which are an integral part of play. Other holes are tree lined with features involving sand bunkers and grass bankings.

Birchwood provides a fair test of golf where course management is the key to a good round.
